Prep is the job
Exterior painting on a textured surface is a long process and most of it happens before any colour goes on. We start with a thorough wash and a complete priming so the paint has something sound to hold onto. Where the surface needs work first, we handle stucco and drywall repair as part of that prep rather than painting over the problem.
We use clean brushes, fresh drop cloths and eco-friendly practices, and we paint with Sherwin-Williams and Dunn-Edwards.
Stucco is what we do
Stucco is porous. If it is not sealed properly before painting, moisture gets in behind the coat and causes far bigger problems a couple of years later. Our team knows stucco inside and out, and we specialise in the repair and preparation that keeps a stucco paint job from peeling or cracking early.
When it is time to repaint
Exterior paint is your building's shield, not a finishing touch. Sun, wind and seasonal change wear it down, and once it goes the surface underneath is exposed.
If you are seeing peeling, fading or cracking, or the caulk around your windows and doors is starting to split, it is worth a look.
