The part most roofers leave out
“We don't push roof replacement, we always tell our customers what we'd do on our own home, and this often involves roof repairs rather than full or partial roof replacement.”
That is an unusual thing for a roofing company to put in writing, and it is the reason this page leads with it rather than with a sales pitch.
It shows up in what customers say afterwards too: the free roof inspection that came with a paint quote, the estimate process people single out, the help choosing a colour nobody was charged for.
What that looks like in practice
- A free inspection before anyone talks about replacing anything
- Repair quoted as an option whenever a repair will genuinely hold
- A walkthrough with you at the end, before the job is called done
Two trades, one crew
Painting and roofing, done by the same people.
It is in the name for a reason. An exterior repaint and a roof coating are often worth doing together, and the wash and prep are the same either way.

Painting
Interior and exterior. Stucco, brick, wood, concrete, metal and siding. Sherwin-Williams and Dunn-Edwards, over preparation that is most of the job.

Roofing
Tile, asphalt shingle, flat patio and spray foam. Repaired where a repair will genuinely do the job, replaced when it will not.

The same building, before and after
Walls, roofline trim and both doors. The downspout, the light fixture and the boundary wall behind it are how you can tell it is the same corner of the same building.
Before
AfterFoam roof, start to finish
How a foam roof actually goes on
The tan layer is the spray polyurethane foam going down, crew and hose still on the roof. The white is the finished elastomeric coating that protects it. Same roof, same day.
- Pressure wash the existing roof
- Spray a minimum one-inch foam layer, shaped so it drains
- Multiple coats of UV-resistant elastomeric over the top
- Granules broadcast on where extra durability is wanted

Questions
Before you call.
If yours is not here, ask us on the phone. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Call (480) 450-5053Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free, including in-home estimates for interior painting. If you want a second opinion on a roof, we will give you one.
Do I need a new roof or can it be repaired?
Often it can be repaired. We do not push replacement. We will tell you what we would do on our own home, and if a repair will genuinely solve the problem we will say so.
Do you do both painting and roofing on the same job?
Yes, and it is common. An exterior repaint and a roof coating are often worth doing together, and the same crew handles the pressure washing and prep either way.
What paint do you use?
Sherwin-Williams and Dunn-Edwards. For stucco in particular, what goes on underneath matters as much as the paint itself, so the prep and sealing are where most of the work is.
Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes. We hold Arizona ROC licence 312439, active and current through 2027, with a $6,750 surety bond. You can look both up on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.
Is financing available?
Yes, through Mountain America Credit Union. Ask us about it when we come out to quote.
What areas do you cover?
Chandler and the wider Phoenix Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. Residential and commercial.
How long does a foam roof take?
About two weeks for a 20,000 square foot roof, weather permitting. Restoration is far less disruptive than a tear-off, which is one of the main reasons commercial owners choose it.
